1. Agreement to these terms
By downloading, installing or using the Devi app or visiting devi.care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Devi. These terms are between you and Vera Level Apps Inc. ("Devi", "we", "us").
2. Not medical advice
Devi is a wellness and lifestyle companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app or on this website should be taken as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health, cycle, pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
3. Who can use Devi
You must be at least 13 years old to use Devi. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Your account and data
Devi does not require you to create an account. Your health data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from a lost, stolen or damaged device.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Devi offers a free tier and optional paid features through in-app purchases. Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. We do not offer refunds outside of what is required by Apple, Google or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Devi app and on this website — including text, images, illustrations, designs, code and the Devi name and logo — is owned by Vera Level Apps Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Devi for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or hack the app
- Use the app in any way that could harm Devi or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Devi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content in the app.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vera Level Apps Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Devi. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Devi after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
